Pre-Calculus is one of the specialized subjects that is to be taken up by STEM students. This is a pre-requisite for the subject Basic Calculus. The contents are all in-lined with the Most Essential Learning Competencies released by the Department of Education which includes concepts and problem solving involving conic sections, systems of nonlinear equations,series and mathematical induction, circular and trigonometric functions, trigonometric identities, and polar coordinate system.
